This statement has been published in accordance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015. It details Mackenzie Isaac Limited’s procedures, endeavours and values to ensure modern slavery and human trafficking has no part in our supply chain
Mackenzie Isaac Limited is committed to a zero-tolerance to slavery and human trafficking and recognises the responsibility it has for continuous improvement and the development of a transparent supply chain.
Values and Policies
Where we import products from overseas factories, all factories are audited annually to ensure no child labour or modern slavery is practiced in our supply chain. There are policies in place to explain responsible sourcing and the promotion ethical and safe working conditions
Where we purchase products within the UK, all suppliers must comply with our policies as detailed in our Terms and Conditions.
Supply Chain
Mackenzie Isaac Limited works to ensure our goods are sourced and manufactured in circumstances and environments which do not tolerate or involve exploitation or abuse of any persons. All suppliers must sign a contract outlining the policies and accept the code of business before trade can commence. Mackenzie Isaac Limited maintains a strong dialogue with all our suppliers and explains that any suspicion of modern slavery or human trafficking must be communicated and escalated.
Regular due diligence is carried out on our suppliers and factories through audits from 3rd party inspectors to enforce policies and monitor the supply base. All suppliers are audited annually to ensure that local laws and human rights are maintained including wages, working hours, working conditions, accommodation, health and safety, no discrimination, no child labour, no human trafficking nor modern slavery.

We will:
- Work alongside our customers and audit companies to give greater transparency in our supply chain.
- Adopt a continuous improvement policy.
Future
As we onboard additional factories we will ensure Social Compliance audits on a semi-announced basis and only onboard factories and suppliers once compliance has been achieved. We will annually audit for compliance and assist all suppliers in understanding the policies and need to adopt these polices in a responsible manner.
